On February 13, 2021, an international working meeting of representatives of the Russian Federation, Austria, Armenia and Latvia was held on the Zoom platform on one of the work packages of the FlexWBL project: “Development of a flexible, innovative and practical framework for Work-based Learning in higher education of Armenia and Russia” (Erasmus + project No. 610072-EPP-1-2019-1-LV-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP). In Tver, this project is being implemented on the basis of InEMT TvSU, its widespread implementation is planned as one of the directions of the federal innovation platform, the status of which has been assigned to Tver State University. On behalf of the Russian side, the event was attended by the Director of the Center for strategic development and innovations of Tver State University, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. Belotserkovskiy A.V. and senior lecturer of InEMT TvSU Borodina A.V. The meeting was organized by the private pedagogical university Diosse Linz (Linz, Austria). The participants discussed the innovative WBL model taking into account the various stages (planning, implementation, realization, evaluation) and levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced), as well as the existing difficulties and the best ways to overcome them.
The model was presented by Doctor, Professor Ernst Nausner (Linz, Austria). During the discussion A.V. Belotserkovskiy drew the participants’ attention to Art. 15 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FL “On Education in the Russian Federation” (network form of implementation of educational programs) as a possible legal mechanism for interaction with employers when implementing the WBL model in the practice of Russian universities. A.V. Borodina made a proposal to use research methods developed on the basis of InEMT TvSU for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the WBL model. Further implementation of the project will be based on the developments and best practices of partner universities. The next project meeting is scheduled for the end of February 2021.

13 февраля 2021 г. на платформе Zoom состоялась международная рабочая встреча представителей РФ, Австрии, Армении и Латвии по одному из рабочих пакетов проекта «FlexWBL: Разработка гибкой, инновационной, практической рамки Work-Based Learning (обучения, совмещённого с работой) в Армении и России» (проект Erasmus + № 610072-EPP-1-2019-1-LV-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP). В Твери данный проект реализуется на базе ИнЭУ ТвГУ, его широкое внедрение планируется как одно из направлений федеральной инновационной площадки, статус которой присвоен ТвГУ. От российской стороны в мероприятии участвовали директор центра стратегического и инновационного развития ТвГУ, д.ф.-м.н. Белоцерковский А.В. и старший преподаватель ИнЭУ ТвГУ Бородина А.В. Организатором встречи выступил частный педагогический университет Диозесе Линц (Линц, Австрия). Участники обсуждали инновационную модель WBL с учётом различных стадий (планирование, внедрение, реализация, оценка) и уровней (начальный, средний, продвинутый), а также существующие трудности и оптимальные пути их преодоления. Модель представил доктор наук, профессор Эрнст Науснер (Линц, Австрия). В ходе дискуссии А.В. Белоцерковский обратил внимание участников на ст. 15 Федерального закона от 29.12.2012 № 273-ФЗ «Об образовании в Российской Федерации» (сетевая форма реализации образовательных программ) как возможный правовой механизм взаимодействия с работодателями при внедрении модели WBL в практику российских вузов. А.В. Бородина внесла предложение использовать исследовательские методики, разработанные на базе ИнЭУ ТвГУ, для мониторинга и оценки эффективности модели WBL. Дальнейшая реализация проекта будет строиться с учётом разработок и лучших практик университетов-партнёров. Следующая встреча по проекту намечена на конец февраля 2021г.
