A working meeting of the FlexWBL project consortium participants “Development of a flexible, innovative and practical framework for Work-based Learning in higher education of Armenia and Russia” of the Erasmus + program was held on December the 2nd, 2020.
Prof. Ernst Nausner and Prof. Emmerich Boxhofer from the Private Pedagogical University of the Diocese of Linz presented the principles for the implementation of WBL education. The speakers focused on the interaction models of all training participants in the workplace.

The main topic for discussion was the development of the educational process structure in the workplace. Colleagues from Austria presented a model of a three-dimensional flexible network development framework, which included the following areas: using various teaching tools, improving the qualifications of teaching staff, obtaining qualifications. Each direction, in its turn, is divided into three levels – beginner, intermediate and advanced. A certain set of necessary actions is assumed at each of the levels for each activity area.

At the end of the working meeting, the participants had the opportunity to ask their questions and discussed further areas of activity.
