On March 12, 2021, a regular international online working meeting of representatives of the Russian Federation, Armenia, Lithuania and Latvia was held on one of the work packages of the FlexWBL project: “Development of a flexible, innovative and practical framework for Work-based Learning in higher education of Armenia and Russia” (Erasmus + project No. 610072-EPP-1-2019-1-LV-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP).

In Tver, this project is being implemented on the basis of InEU TvSU, its widespread implementation is planned as one of the directions of the federal innovation platform, the status of which has been assigned to Tver State University. On behalf of the Russian side, the event was attended by the Director of the Center for Strategic and Innovative Development of Tver State University, Doctor of physical and mathematical sciences Belotserkovskiy A.V. and senior lecturer of InEU Tver State University Borodina A.V. The meeting was organized by the University of Klaipeda (Klaipeda, Lithuania). The participants discussed the practical aspects of the development and implementation of the study programm for master’s and bachelor’s degrees, as well as additional vocational education programs using WBL technologies in Russia and Armenia universities. Tver participants noted that, a Regulation on the organization of training at a university using WBL technologies was developed, a draft agreement on the implementation of dual education is prepared on the basis of Tver State University, the parties of which are the university, the student and the participating organization (employer). These documents can become the basis for the implementation of the relevant study programm in partner universities.
