On January 31 – February 2, 2022 the 14th transnational FlexWBL partners’ meeting was hosted by Tver State University. The event was attended by the project consortium members from Russia, Armenia, Latvia, Lithuania and Austria. Within the framework of the meeting, an international information and methodological online seminar was held to disseminate (disseminate) the results of the FlexWBL project. Moderators were the members of the TvSU working group of the project. The meeting took place in hybrid face-to-face and online format.

The first day of the seminar was held using Polycom equipment purchased as part of the FlexWBL project. Consortium members from Russia, Austria and Armenia presented dissemination activities held at their universities. Also, the participants of the seminar were able to get acquainted with Tver State University on an virtual excursion “Tver State University: history and modernity”.

On February 1st , the Head of the International Department of Liepaja University (Latvia), FlexWBL project coordinator Dr. Patriks Morevs greeted the participants and guests. Within the Agenda of the seminar the floor for presentation was given to all stakeholders’ representatives: students, teachers, employers, authorities. As part of the reflection over the opinions of teachers and employers, as stakeholders of the WBL, Chegrintsova S.V. (TVGU) made a presentation about the institute of tutors in WBL models. Golovnina O.A. (“Medical Information and Analytical Center”) came up with a methodology for evaluating activities and a modern model of the effectiveness of higher education using WBL technologies through the prism of the labor market. Chernikin O.S., Head of the Department for Analysis and Public Opinion Study of the Office for Analysis and of Public Opinion Monitoring of the Tver Region Government Office, touched upon the issues of

interaction between WBL models and authorities. Also, consortium members made presentations about the WBL- laboratories implementation progress at their universities.

Within the framework of the session “WBL through the eyes of students”, third-year undergraduate students of InEU TVSU actively participated in the event. The speeches of the students evoked lively interest and response from the participants.

On February 2nd , within the framework of inter-project cooperation, the participants got acquainted with the experience of implementing other Erasmus + international projects at Tver State University. In conclusion, a discussion was held on the formation of the documents within WP 4 “Dissemination of project results”. Consortium members were invited to discuss future activities on working packages  4.4, 4.5, 4.6 and 4.7 and prepare drafts of the relevant documents by June 2022. Participants showed interest in the development of joint network curricula, taking part in conferences and other scientific and practical events of partners, making joint publications.
